Comprehensive Support
Not only do we provide in-person support with our Support Workers, but we also have an admin support team here for an extra level of support.
Our admin support team can help you with things like:
- Helping with administration queries such as scheduled support and appointment reminders, someone to talk to outside of your scheduled support with your Support Worker.
- Help with tasks such as bus passes, benefits form filling and any other tasks that require internet or a computer.
- Liaising with local authorities.
- A listening ear
