Getting Creative
Engaging in artistic activities can offer us a chance to express our emotions in a unique way, allowing us to process feelings that may be hard to verbalise. Whether it’s painting , crafts or photography; Creative activities can help focus the mind and for some can e a therapeutic experience. The calming effect on the brain and body can help to reduce anxiety, depression and stress as well as providing enjoyment.

D&D
What is Dungeons and Dragons?
Dungeons and Dragons is a Tabletop Roleplaying Game where you create characters and embark on adventures in an epic fantasy world. It combines strategy, storytelling and teamwork.
How Do I Play?
Players create their own characters and then use them to navigate through a fantasy world, led by their Game Master, who is there to set the scene and guide players through the story. Players use dice rolls to determine the outcome of their actions and choices.
Who Can Play?
Anyone! Whether you are a seasoned player, or a complete beginner, Dungeons and Dragons is open to all. All you need is your creativity and an imagination.
